As Detroit's only public Esports LAN Center, Webdroid serves as a vibrant community hub for gamers and tech-enthusiasts of all ages. Webdroid specializes in recreational, programmatic, and event based esports and tech-education. Webdroid exists to close thhe digital divide in Detroit by providing access to 30 high-powered gaming PCs to our patrons at $12.99/hour.

Webdroid has been rebuilt, reloaded, and is ready for a new era. Rebirth kicks off our very first live-service season with fresh content, new ways to play, learn and compete in-store. This season Webdroid will host exclusive achievements, esports tournaments, hack-a-thons, tech seminars, and more, all through our Season 1 Battle Pass built for those who want the full experience. This is a NEW beginning so jump in, level up, and see what you unlock next
Featured Speaker series
Beginning September 21, 2026, Webdroid will host guest speakers in-store to teach high-school and college undergrad aged students the etch skills that they use everyday on the job. Participation is free so be sure to sign up when registration opens.

coding foundations
Our signature Coding Foundations Course is for anyone who is interested in pursuing a career in the tech-industry. Age recommendations are 12+, with an expected class length of around one full week for the entire course, with each lesson being around 1 hour of instruction. Once purchased, you will receive a digital link sent to your email. No prior coding knowledge is required for this self-paced coding course. This is our bread and butter: Build Your Place In Cyberspace™️ with Webdroid's Foundational Coding Course!

Desing foundations
The Webdroid Design Foundations Course is aimed at novice designers who have a curiosity for design while also maintaining a passion for technicalities. Design Foundations explores the fundamentals for anyone who is interested in pursuing a graphic design, user experience design, or related career. Age recommendations are 12+, with an expected class length of around one full week for the entire course, with each lesson being around 20 minutes in length with accompanied course work to follow. Once purchased, you will receive a digital link sent to your email. No prior design knowledge is required for this self-paced coding course. The Industry Standard is a free 12-week technology education series connecting Detroit students with professionals working across today’s technology industries. Through hands-on lessons, career conversations, and real-world projects, students will explore in-demand fields, develop practical skills, and discover pathways into technology careers.Each weekly instructor will share knowledge drawn from their professional experience, giving students an inside look at the skills, tools, and expectations shaping the industry.
